Product Description

Application: Undercut anchor is used for fixing panels of granite, marble, sandstone, limestone, travertine, crystall glass, ceramic, calcium silicate, concrete fiber board, etc, in wall cladding projects.    

Benefits:
1. The shape of expansion part is designed based on the hole shape of stone panel, which fits firmly to the panel after expansion and achieves reliable anchorage effect.

2. The groove in the expansion part weakens the strength from deformation. And anchor bolt expands by gently tapping the expansion sleeve while installion, avoiding stone panel from break by external force.

3.  Due to that the expansion part fits firmly to the hole, which increases the contact area and decreases the stress to the stone panel, it strengthens the load capacity from anchor bolt and stone panel.

A: Yes. For new customers, we can provide free samples for standard anchors / fasteners / brackets / drill bits, and customers pay the express charges by themselves. For old customers, we provide free samples and pay express charges in our side.

Q2. Can you customize according to our drawings or samples? 
A: Yes, we can customize by your technical drawings or samples, and open new moulds for them when necessary.

Q3. How do you control your quality?
A: We have QC to inspect each bacth of goods. And we can provide you MTC when the goods are finished.  

Q4. Do you accept small orders?
A: Sure, we can accept orders of any volume.

Q5. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 2-5 days; for new production, it will take around 7 to 21 days after receiving advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the quantity of your order.

Q7. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
