A: Yes. For new customers, we can provide free samples for springs, pulley wheels, end locks, and other shutter door accessories, and customers pay the express charges by themselves. For old customers, we provide free samples and pay express charges in our side.

A: Yes, we can customize by your technical drawings or samples, and open new moulds for them when necessary.

Q3. How do you control your quality?
A: We have QC to inspect each bacth of goods.

A: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF.

A: Generally speaking, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 2-5 days; for new production, it will take around 7 to 21 days after receiving advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the quantity of your order.
